Background
Seni Sulyman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Talstack, a modern people management and digital learning platform for high-performing teams across Africa. He was previously Vice President of Global Operations at Andela, where he oversaw talent recruitment, service delivery and operations across Lagos, Nairobi, Kampala, Kigali, Egypt and Accra for a 900+ person organization. Prior to that, Seni’s career was in strategy and management consulting at Bain and HP Enterprise. Outside of work, Seni has coached and trained dozens of executives. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, serves on the board of FATE Foundation, and is an Archbishop Tutu Leadership Fellow. Seni is the Founder of Black Ops.
