Background

Pishikeni Tukura is Co-founder and COO of AyaHQ (Techstars '23), building the systems that help African startups, communities and frontier markets scale. Pishikeni oversees business operations across strategy, partnerships and growth, from ecosystem mapping to multi-stakeholder programs, and helped design one of the few Africa-focused web3 talent pipelines. A systems thinker by training and operator by practice, Pishikeni works at the intersection of innovation, policy, frontier tech and local infrastructure, and is a prominent voice on Lagos's rise as Africa's innovation capital.
