Background

Nyambura Kihoro is Head of Strategic Programs at CloudFactory, leading the company’s global labor-only program with a focus on delivering specialist talent for AI initiatives. Nyambura spent five years as CloudFactory’s Head of HR Business Partners, embedding strategic HR support across the business, from org design, performance management, and workforce planning to leadership development and culture transformation. Before CloudFactory, Nyambura spent six years at Andela, helping launch and stabilize its Kenya operations, standing up the service delivery operations function, and driving delivery across the technology and product organization. Nyambura is also co-founder of The People Leaders Academy, which helps managers become the leaders their teams deserve, and prepares aspiring managers to step into leadership.
