Background
Cikü Mugambi is an Investment Director at DOB Equity, the East African impact investor, bringing 15 years of investment and operational experience across the continent. She began her career in KPMG's audit and deal advisory teams working on private equity transactions in East Africa, then joined the International Finance Corporation. On the operating side, she served as CEO of logistics-tech company Kobo360, having earlier been its COO, Chief of Staff and Head of Investor Relations, leading commercial growth, fundraising and a major restructuring. Cikü also chairs the Advisory Board of Vanguard Economics.
