Background
Anthonio Pinheiro is Zipline's Country Director for Nigeria, leading the drone logistics company's plan to expand to 15 facilities nationwide and bring instant delivery within reach of 100 million Nigerians. Anthonio is also the founder of Colepin Advisory, an executive coaching and operational advisory practice, and was previously COO and Partner at Ingressive Capital and a senior operations leader at Andela, serving as Director of Global Operations leading multi-market teams and the company's expansion into Rwanda. With over a decade helping companies across Africa, the Middle East and North America move from early traction to operational excellence, Anthonio is a founding member of Black Ops.
