Abdul-Aziz Garuba

Background

Aziz is the Chief Financial Officer of MortgageMarket, a South African home-loan marketplace platform, based in Johannesburg. He was previously a Director of Finance at RBC Capital Markets in Toronto. Aziz is the host and producer of the Made To Lead podcast, showcasing the personal and professional journeys of leaders of African descent, and a former president of the Canadian Association of Urban Financial Professionals. He holds CPA (CMA), CFE and CA(SA) designations, a BCom from the Telfer School of Management and an MBA from Queen's University.
